Our mission..

Chico’s Pizza Parlor was started by family, and we continue to be guided by those same family values today. Our vision is to be a place where everyone feels welcome. Where great pizza brings people together, and every meal is a chance to share laughter, celebrate life, and create lasting memories.

here’s our story. from the start..

Chico’s Pizza Parlor has long been a staple of the community, it was founded in 1958 by Mel Zornes. The restaurant has been owned by the Zornes family for generations.

After an 11-month closure due to a fire in the building the restaurant reopened in December 2018. The new building featured a new oven, a renovated interior, and extended space. Despite losing most of the restaurant to the fire, the original recipes were recovered and Chico’s has retained its classic, scratch-made pizza recipes.

Today Chico’s is owned and operated by Zornes’ great-granddaughter, Jennifer Wahl.
